We pride ourselves on our links to local wine retailers. Here's a list and also some information websites we hope will be useful to you...

Local wine retailers

Bacchanalia - with two branches in Mill Road and Victoria Road, Ed and Paul stock some great wines and a fabulous collection of speciality beers

Cambridge Wine Merchants - specialist wine merchants with four shops in various locations around Cambridge and very helpful staff

Majestic Wine Warehouse - situated on Newmarket Road, you have to buy a minimum of six bottles in a mixed box but they do have some great discounts if you are willing to stock up...

Noel Young Wines - a world renowned influencer in the world of wine, Noel blends his own at his Magpie Estates vineyard in Australia and works between there and his shop in Trumpington, on the south side of Cambridge

Cozzi and Boffa - premium wine merchant specialist a little further out of Cambridge in Barton, focusing on specific select producers

Joseph Barnes Wines - tucked away in a back street in Saffron Walden, this retailer picks some very special wines from small producers in the fascinating Languedoc and Roussillon areas of southern France

Adnams Cellar and Kitchen - (Adnams is not just beer!). Saffron Walden is the closest this East Anglian wine retailer comes to Cambridge and they offer a wide range of wines with some exclusive New World brands

Private Cellar - for the serious wine enthusiast. Recently moved from Wicken to Newmarket (but same journey time from Cambridge) Private Cellar hand select wines from around the world to be bought from their website for home delivery. They also offer Fine Wines, En Primeur (buying while still in the barrel) and wine storage

Region's Finest - 'gourmet' wine and food supplier just opened, based outside Cambridge in Elsworth but you can order online. The emphasis is on top quality European food and wine from small, hand selected producers who reflect the character of their place in their products. Lovely.
