Join us for a food and wine pairing dinner to savour!

Hosted at the University Arms Hotel in the exclusive Crick & Watson room, we'll enjoy a menu specially designed for us by Cambridge's hottest chef Tristan Welch specifically to enjoy with wines from a certain region.

Along with Tristan's 4-course menu we'll sample six lovely wines (two to compare with our starter and main) for an all-inclusive price of £90 per person and nothing more to pay.

Between courses Mark, your wine host, will entertain you with snippets of information about the selected wines and why each was chosen to pair the relevant dish.

You can decide which food and wine combinations most suit your palate, equipping you to be clearer in future which styles you might select in a restaurant with certain foods.

Tristan trained under Gary Rhodes and Michel Roux Jr before landing his first Head Chef role at five-star Glenapp Castle in Scotland. From there he became head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Petrus and then his own restaurant Launceston Place. Last year he returned to Cambridge to open Parker's Tavern.

Timings: 7.30pm prompt start 

Dress code: smart casual.
