DINNER with Hans Schweitzer
A food and wine pairing experience to savour!
In the Gonville Hotel's Atrium restaurant, masterchef Hans Schweitzer (head chef Cotto) cooks for us a special menu designed to enjoy with wines from a particular region of the world.
Starting with an amuse bouche, we move into three delicious courses and enjoy six lovely wines through the evening (two each to compare with our starter and main course) for an all-inclusive price of £85 per person!
Between courses your wine host will entertain you with snippets of information about the selected wine region for the evening and why each wine was chosen to pair the next dish.
You can decide for yourself which food and wine combinations most suit your palate, equipping you to be clear in future which styles you might select to pair certain foods.
Timings: 7.45pm for 8pm start (aiming to finish by 10pm)
Dress code: smart casual.
